Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Property Manager to support the performance of a stabilized multifamily community.
Requirements
- Experience in multifamily property management, leasing, or a related field
- Strong organizational and financial aptitude, with attention to detail
- Ability to manage competing priorities and follow through on key initiatives
- Working knowledge of Fair Housing and housing regulations
- Proficiency with RealPage and Microsoft Office (Excel skills preferred)
- CALP designation preferred
