Maintenance Supervisor

PRAXM is seeking a qualified Maintenance Supervisor to lead its maintenance team, overseeing community maintenance, supervising staff, and managing budgets and inventory.

Requirements

• Ability to work inside or outside and in varying weather conditions.
• Must have valid driver’s license, dependable transportation, and be able to accommodate a rotating on-call schedule, and work a varied schedule to include weekends and holidays as required.
• Physical demands include: walk, climb stairs, sit, or stand for long periods of time & occasionally lift up to 50lbs.
• Must be able to troubleshoot and repair HVAC equipment, plumbing systems, electronic systems, all major appliances, pool equipment and other systems on property (gates, phone jacks, irrigation systems, etc.).
• Work with Construction to secure solutions and required repairs for warranty items.
• Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills with the ability to work exceptionally well with residents, leasing, construction, vendors, suppliers, and other professionals servicing the property.
• EPA certification Type I and II, or Universal and CPO certification required.
• Must have certifications/permits required by local, city, or state to perform job responsibilities (i.e., pool operations, maintenance, electricians, etc.)
• Certified Apartment Service Technician (CAMT) a plus.
