Maintenance Supervisor

The maintenance supervisor is responsible for conducting general maintenance and repairs on facility equipment and property structures, ensuring that heating, electrical, and plumbing systems perform at optimum functionality, and maintaining the facilities and common areas in the best possible condition.

Requirements

• Manage all maintenance-related repairs and upkeep of the property
• Manage the make ready process to ensure apartments are prepared for move-in in a timely fashion
• Develop and maintain relationships with vendors, negotiate pricing, collaborate on approved vendor list
• Direct supervision and support for the maintenance team on a daily basis
• Direct the Preventative Maintenance program, ensure timely completion and thorough documentation
