Job Description
The Multi-Site Maintenance Technician is responsible for supporting maintenance operations across multiple PRAXM communities throughout Indiana, ensuring all assigned properties are maintained in accordance with PRAXM standards, safety guidelines, and budgetary objectives.
Requirements
- HVAC certification/designation preferred
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills across multiple maintenance disciplines
- Exceptional customer service skills, including strong written and verbal communication
- Working knowledge of RealPage (or other property management software)
- Knowledge of federal and state housing regulations
- Ability to work independently with strong time management and organizational skills
- Reliable transportation required with willingness to travel regularly between properties throughout Indiana
- Ability to accommodate a rotating on-call schedule and varied work schedule, including weekends and holidays as needed
