Job Description
Woodruff Property Management Company is seeking a skilled and dependable Maintenance Technician I to support property maintenance operations.
Requirements
- HVAC & EPA certification
- 3+ years of maintenance experience in a large property or multi-site apartment community
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of plumbing, heating, air conditioning, construction, and electrical systems
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and emergency after-hours calls
- Dependability and strong attention to detail
- Reliable transportation to support property needs
