We are seeking a skilled and dependable Maintenance Technician I to support property maintenance operations, troubleshooting and repairing maintenance issues, and ensuring a safe and well-maintained community for residents.
Requirements
- HVAC & EPA certification
- 3+ years of maintenance experience in a large property or multi-site apartment community
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of plumbing, heating, air conditioning, construction, and electrical systems
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and emergency after-hours calls
- Dependability and strong attention to detail
- Reliable transportation to support property needs
- Must pass a criminal background check and drug screening
- Valid driver’s license with a clear Motor Vehicle Record
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Frequent bending, kneeling, stooping, and climbing ladders
- Ability to work indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions
- Use of hand and power tools for extended periods
