Maintenance Tech 1

Seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician I to troubleshoot and repair maintenance issues, perform unit turnovers, and ensure a safe and well-maintained community for residents.

Requirements

• HVAC & EPA certification
• 3+ years of maintenance experience in a large property or multi-site apartment community
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of plumbing, heating, air conditioning, construction, and electrical systems
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and emergency after-hours calls
• Dependability and strong attention to detail
• Reliable transportation to support property needs
• Must pass a criminal background check and drug screening
• Valid driver’s license with a clear Motor Vehicle Record
