Corporate/Compliance Legal Intern

Precisely is seeking a Corporate or Compliance Legal Intern to support its in-house Legal Department. The internship is a paid, part-time, fully remote opportunity for current law students entering their 2L or 3L year.

Requirements

• Proven verbal and written communication skills.
• Interpersonal skills and active listener.
• Able to handle sensitive information and maintain confidentiality.
• Able to meet time-sensitive deadlines when necessary.
• Able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (including Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint).
• Experience with Microsoft Teams and SharePoint a plus for the Compliance intern.
