Business Development Leader

Precision Combustion, Inc (PCI) is a growing technology company that develops new technologies and products for clean energy. As a Business Development Leader, you will help lead government, military, and related business development from new technology product creation through product development and into successful market entry.

Requirements

• BS degree in engineering/science required; minor in marketing/business or an MBA is a plus
• Experience selling and evolving military technology concepts before they become products, together with insights into military markets and applications required
• Business development experience along with a successful track record in tech development for military applications, with experience in energy, power generation, environmental, chemicals processing, automotive, and/or aerospace is also helpful
• Technology business development experience in an industrial or university setting
• Experience in negotiating and closing business agreements (NDA, MOUs, MOAs, JDA, contracts)
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Must have a balance of strategic and tactical abilities with experience influencing others, thinking outside the box, making sound decisions, and solving problems
• Forward thinking with an active eye towards the future
