Case Manager, Behavioral Health

Premera is looking for a Case Manager to join their team of behavioral health clinicians, nurses, and wellness specialists. The Case Manager will work with members to understand their unique behavioral health needs, remove barriers, and empower meaningful progress toward emotional well-being and healthier daily living.

Requirements

• Active WA State or Compact License in one of the following: Nursing, Behavioral Health, Psychology
• 3 years' experience with direct patient/clinical care post-licensure
• High-speed cable, DSL, or Fiberoptic Internet, no less than 20 Mbps
