As an Executive Assistant II, you will be responsible for supporting the Executive Vice President of Employee Experience, managing day-to-day operations, and making thoughtful decisions to ensure the EVP's success. You will also be part of a team that delivers something greater than the sum of its parts.
Requirements
- Five years of experience as an Administrative Assistant or Executive Assistant supporting top-level executives, senior managers, or groups of senior managers
- Track record of successfully managing core EA work, such as planning and coordinating meetings, managing departmental budgets, and building presentations
- Demonstrated examples of independent decision-making and good judgment in solving problems
- Experience in roles that require high levels of organization, planning, and prioritization
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite including PowerPoint
- Proficient and impactful communication abilities (oral, written, and presentation)
