The ideal candidate will have experience in the insurance industry, a strong commitment to delivering best-in-class service, and a sense of urgency.
Requirements
- Experience and understanding of the insurance products sold and the terminology used in industry.
- High school diploma required.
- Maintain an active P&C insurance license clear of judgments in the states where the credit union conducts business.
- Understanding of product positioning and competitive conditions.
- Knowledge of sales and marketing techniques and principles.
- Strong interpersonal and public relations skills.
- Excellent sales abilities.
- Bilingual Spanish speaking preferred.
- Solid presentation skills, with professional verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and follow-through skills, with analytical problem-solving abilities.
