Job Description
Weâre looking for an experienced Technical Manager to lead the Technical and Quality agenda at our Moreton manufacturing site, the home of the Cadbury Mini Roll.
Requirements
- Proven senior technical leadership experience within food manufacturing
- Degree (or equivalent) in a foodârelated discipline
- Advanced HACCP and Advanced Food Hygiene qualifications
- Strong people manager with a track record of developing highâperforming teams
- Deep knowledge of food safety legislation, GMP and quality systems
- Experience operating in complex, unionised manufacturing environments
- Strategic thinker with the ability to influence, challenge and drive change
- Confident communicator with the ability to engage internal and external stakeholders
