Job Description
The Site Technical Manager will lead the technical function on site at St Mary Bourne, ensuring the highest standards of food safety, quality and legal compliance. The role involves leading a team of up to 14 people, driving performance and engagement within the Technical Team, and managing site QMS within the direct and wider team.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a Technical and / or Quality Management role within food manufacturing, fresh produce or similar environment
- Strong working knowledge of BRC, HACCP and retailer standards
- Confidence in leading audits and managing external stakeholders and customers
- Experience in managing and developing technical or quality teams
- Proactive, detail-focused with a solutions-focused mindset and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
