Job Description
We are searching for a Logistics Coordinator who assigns & dispatches freight to Drivers, oversees routes and bill of ladings, and timelines for the Drivers.
Requirements
- Aligns the day’s freight with available drivers
- Dispatches individual drivers with assigned loads, routes, bill of ladings, and timelines
- Tracks individual driver hours available and log book activity
- Posts all bills of lading meeting the requirements and forwards all discrepant bills of lading to the Shipping Manager
- Daily communication with Drivers, customers and Management team
