Premier Pump & Power is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to oversee sales operations in the Central U.S. region. The role involves implementing strategic sales initiatives to increase sales revenue and build customer relationships.
Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field (preferred)
- 5+ years of sales experience in industrial pumps, power solutions, or related equipment
- Strong knowledge of pump applications, fluid dynamics, and power generation
- A proven history of exceeding sales targets and representing the company professionally at all times
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- The ability to manage multiple accounts with ease
- A love for travel
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
