Patient Liaison

We are looking for a Patient Liaison to join our incredible team at our Irvine, CA clinic. As our patients walk into the clinic, you will be the welcoming face of our clinic, embodying a cheerful, professional, and polished demeanor at all times.

Requirements

• At least 1+ year in customer service, preferably in a healthcare or related field.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to high standards of excellence.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to adapt to change.
• Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Passion for patient care and creating memorable experiences.
• Emotional intelligence to manage emotions effectively and foster teamwork.
