Lecturer in Graduate Program in Pastoral Ministries at Santa Clara University, a Jesuit, Catholic university, invites applications for a Lecturer (one-year, non-tenure-track). The successful candidate will teach the equivalent of six courses, with at least one course in each quarter, fall, winter and spring, and support Thriving Congregations grant programming.

Requirements

• Terminal degree (Ph.D./MFA) in Theology or a closely-related field
• Demonstrates excellence in teaching at the college level
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience with inclusive pedagogical practices that promote access and academic success for all students
• Experience teaching and mentoring a diverse population of graduate students
