Quarterly Lecturer - Psychology Department

The Psychology Department at Santa Clara University seeks applicants for Quarterly Lecturer (non-tenure track) positions to teach courses in General Psychology, Sports Psychology, User Experience, and other areas. Teaching duties will include conducting and appearing at all assigned class meetings, assigning and evaluating assignments, and holding regular weekly office hours. Experience with inclusive pedagogical practices and teaching a diverse population of undergraduate students is preferred.

Requirements

• Terminal degree (Ph.D.) in Psychology or a closely-related field
• Demonstrated excellence in teaching Psychology at the college level
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience with inclusive pedagogical practices
• Experience teaching and mentoring a diverse population of undergraduate students
