Job Description
The 2026 Summer High School Internship Program at Prestage Farms offers hands-on experience and exposure to various aspects of farm operations and production processes. Interns will engage directly with teams and learn about essential functions contributing to success in the agriculture industry.
Requirements
- Must be a current high school student (rising juniors or seniors preferred)
- 16+ Years of age
- Interest in agriculture, animal science, or environmental studies
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Willingness to learn and engage in various tasks around the farm
- Ability to follow safety guidelines and protocols in a farm environment
- 2 Letters of recommendation; one teacher/advisor and one personal
