The Animal Caretaker Manager In Training is responsible for assisting in managing the operation of swine farrowing and breeding facilities, including animal care practices, employee management, and farm operational procedures.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Animal Science or related field preferred
- Prior experience in animal care or farming operations is a plus
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to adapt to changing environments and procedures
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Physical ability to perform labor-intensive tasks and lift up to 50 lbs
