Job Description
We're seeking a Business Development Manager to build and develop insurance agent, broker, and benefit consultant sales channels for our Professional Employer Organization (PEO) services. The ideal candidate will have presentation skills and experience selling to the broker channel.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, or related field or equivalent experience
- Minimum of three successful years of Professional Employer Organization sales required
- Prior experience in presenting and selling a service or service-oriented product is preferred
- Experience in selling to Broker Channel Partners
