Payroll Analyst

PrestigePEO is seeking a Payroll Analyst to coordinate and participate in technical payroll accounting activities, including preparation, maintenance, processing, analysis, and auditing of manual and automated payroll data, information, records, and reports. The successful candidate will lead, train, and provide work direction and guidance to staff, and serve as project lead to represent Payroll Department on various initiatives across the organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
• 3 years in PEO Payroll position
• Expert knowledge of PEO and payroll related policies and procedures
• Strong background in customer service/success
• Certification(s): FPC or CPP preferred
• Strong systems background and report building
• Salesforce experience a preferred
