Job Description
Manufacturing Maintenance Technician role involves performing preventive and corrective maintenance on manufacturing equipment, troubleshooting complex issues, and collaborating with production teams to optimize machine performance.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in industrial or manufacturing maintenance.
- Strong troubleshooting skills in mechanical, electrical, and control systems.
- Experience with PLCs, VFDs, and industrial automation systems.
- Proficient in reading technical manuals, blueprints and schematics.
- Experienced in and around machine shop tools and fabrication tools including but not limited to Mills, Lathes, Grinders, Welding, etc.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
- Familiarity with CMMS software and preventive maintenance scheduling.
- A proactive mindset and the ability to work independently and or as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work overtime as needed.
