Job Description
Technical Account Manager for B2B M2M-Mobilfunk, advising and caring for business customers on technical challenges in crisis-safe M2M communication, and supporting sales department with technical consulting, conception, and presentations to customers.
Requirements
- In-depth knowledge of end-to-end application of IT and mobile communication technologies for Machine-to-Machine communication (M2M)
- Experience in Smart Grid and Smart Metering
- Experience in advising complex ITK solutions in the B2B sector
- Very good knowledge of modern mobile communication technologies and secure IT communication channels
- Experience with IP management and secure connections
- Analytical, structural, and solution-oriented thinking
- Well-developed communication and presentation skills
- Experience in project management
- Fluent German and English language skills
