As a Technical Account Manager, you will provide business customers with comprehensive support for technical challenges in MCPTT and mobile communication, and manage customer projects from pre-sales consulting to stable commissioning and expansion.
Requirements
- Fundamental experience in Mission Critical Push to Talk (MCPTT)
- Good knowledge of modern mobile communication technologies and end-to-end applications
- Understanding of critical operation and emergency communication
- Experience in advising complex ITK solutions in the B2B field
- Analytical, structured, and solution-oriented work style
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Experience in project management and project-oriented structures
- Very good German skills and good English skills in word and writing
- Completed degree or vocational training, e.g. in electrical engineering, telecommunications, or information technology, or comparable qualification with several years of experience
