Job Description
Head of AI to lead the transformation of Prezzee's end-to-end AI agenda, shaping strategy, execution, and ROI, and driving business impact through AI initiatives.
Requirements
- Proven experience leading large-scale AI, data and/or digital transformation programs
- Combines transformation leadership with knowledge of AI and Data across AI-native applications, data platforms and use case delivery
- Ability to translate strategy into clear, executable plans and initiatives with strong focus on measurable outcomes
- Experience managing strategic technology partnerships and internal stakeholders across all levels with strong influencing skills
- Ability to bring clarity to ambiguous problems by acting as linking pin between technical and business teams
- A builder mindset; comfortable balancing vision with hands-on execution with clear focus on quality, security, and doing things the right way
- Understanding of e-commerce, payments, and transactional systems preferred
