Junior Account Manager

Prezzee is a global leader in digital gifting, rewards, and payments. We're seeking a Junior Account Manager to deliver outstanding experiences for existing Prezzee clients and drive revenue growth with key UK clients.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Account Management, Client Success, or Key Account Management
• Broad industry knowledge and experience, preferably within the employee benefits, reward, loyalty or the gift card space
• Strong communication, relationship management, and presentation skills
• Organisational excellence with the ability to manage multiple clients and priorities
• Commercial mindset with the ability to identify growth opportunities
• Proficiency in CRM tools (HubSpot experience desirable) and Microsoft Office
• A collaborative, energetic, and goal-oriented approach
• Open-minded, self-starting, and ready to embrace Prezzee culture
