Junior Agency Account Manager

Our company, INFUSE, is a B2B demand generation company that partners with agencies to drive pipeline and revenue through targeted media campaigns. We're looking for a Junior Agency Account Manager to join our team of five, with a focus on retaining and growing revenue across agency accounts, while identifying opportunities to expand the partnership.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in account management, client services, or B2B media
• Personable, confident, and genuinely enjoy building relationships
• Commercially minded with a genuine interest in growing revenue and hitting targets
• Strong communicator, both written and verbal
• Organised and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple agency accounts and priorities simultaneously
• Experience using Salesforce (or a similar CRM) to manage accounts and pipeline
