Price Industries Inc. is seeking a Paint Line Production Supervisor for its growing US office and manufacturing facility in Winder, GA. The successful candidate will manage production activities, improve efficiency, and ensure quality and safety.

• Improving the Efficiency and Utilization of the Production Department
• Exceptional leadership skills with a sense of urgency and a strong aptitude
• Quality of the products built and effective resolution of quality issues
• Identifying problem root cause and implementing corrective and preventive measures
• Ensuring work instructions, procedures and policies are being followed
• Motivating department members through involvement, communication and positive reinforcement
• Manpower planning and effective staffing
• Driving continuous improvement within departments
• Use of Lean Manufacturing and other techniques
