Paint Line Supervisor

Price Industries Inc. is seeking a Paint Line Production Supervisor to manage the production activities within their department and ensure overall performance of the manufacturing department.

Requirements

• Improving the Efficiency and Utilization of the Production Department
• Quality of the products built and effective resolution of quality issues
• Identifying problem root cause and implementing corrective and preventive measures
• Motivating department members through involvement, communication and positive reinforcement
• Providing employees with feedback through formal and informal Performance Evaluations
• Manpower planning and effective staffing
• Driving continuous improvement within departments
• Ensuring daily shop clean up actions are performed effectively
• Ensuring required daily machine preventive maintenance actions are carried out
