Requirements
- Lead & Mentor: Manage a high-performing team of 7 FTE Engineers, providing coaching, performance management, and career development.
- Technical Execution: Maintain 20-30% hands-on involvement through code reviews, governance, and technical direction.
- Platform Innovation: Drive the strategy and execution for a standardized platform that accelerates the onboarding of new marketing partners.
- Operational Excellence: Enforce SDLC discipline, including 2-week sprints, grooming, retrospectives, and demos.
- Strategic Collaboration: Partner with Product Managers and stakeholders to translate marketing metrics and business strategies into technical roadmaps.
