You will be a people-oriented leader with experience, who understands that good service starts with a well-organized team.
Requirements
- HBO work and thinking level
- Experience as a Team Lead, Supervisor, or comparable leadership role within Customer Care or a dynamic service environment
- Proven experience with workforce management, planning, or capacity management
- Stress resistance and decisiveness, even during peak hours or unexpected situations
- A strong sense of responsibility and a solution-oriented mindset
- Clear communication, accessibility, and the ability to involve people
- Flexible availability (also evenings and weekends)
- Bonus points if you have some flying hours within the travel industry!
