Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to serve as the primary strategic and day-to-day partner for assigned client accounts. This role owns client relationships, performance conversations, and growth initiatives, while acting as a critical bridge between client needs and internal teams.
Requirements
- 5-7 years of experience in account management, client services, or digital agency environments
- Proven ability to earn trust, manage expectations, and act as a strategic partnerânot just a liaison
- Strong working knowledge of digital advertising channels and performance metrics, with the ability to discuss results strategically with clients
- Demonstrated experience identifying and driving organic growth within existing accounts
