Job Description
Primary Care Solutions provides industry-leading Primary Care services to Veterans, delivering compassionate, expert medical care in Community-Based Outpatient Clinics (CBOC’s).
Requirements
- 1 year of Primary Care and/or Chronic Disease Management experience
- Current, active, and unrestricted state Nursing License
- Current BLS for providers from the American Heart Association (to be renewed annually)
- Strong computer skills, including EMR experience.
