Retail Branch Manager

The Retail Branch Manager is responsible for originating loans, managing daily loan flow, and increasing productivity and profitability. They develop new business opportunities, review applications, and correspond with applicants and staff. They also analyze data, determine financial products, and provide advice to customers.

Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of mortgage related experience
• A minimum of 2 years of management experience
• Experience using Encompass
• Must be proficient in Word and Excel
• Must have excellent customer service and organizational skills
• Must have excellent written and verbal skills
• Ability to multi-task with little or no supervision
• Must be a team player and know how to help boost morale
