Job Description
PRIME is seeking a full-time Assistant Project Manager to support the planning, execution, and satisfaction of small-scale construction projects under general supervision. The role involves coordinating project activities, maintaining communication, providing administrative support, and contributing to process improvements. They are looking for someone who embraces a growth mindset and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- Manage small project scopes under the guidance of Project Managers.
- Coordinate project activities to maintain project schedules.
- Assist in change order estimates and provide estimating and budget support.
- Attend in-person and virtual client and field meetings.
- Provide administrative and logistical support.
- Apply familiarity with project cost forecasting and projections.
- Maintain communication with various individuals and departments.
- Monitor and track project changes.
- Develop and maintain positive client relationships.
- Conduct jobsite safety and address deficiencies.
