Job Description
Our client, an established boutique law firm in West Palm Beach, focuses on general commercial litigation and community association law. This is an outstanding opportunity for a motivated attorney to handle sophisticated transactional and litigation matters in a close-knit, dynamic team.
Requirements
- Licensed and in good standing with the Florida Bar.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience handling HOA and condominium association matters.
- Strong skills in written communication, drafting, and client relations.
- Proven expertise in persuasion and negotiation, with the ability to advocate effectively for clients and present confidently to diverse audiences.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently or collaboratively within a team.
- Ability to stay informed on evolving community association laws and industry standards.
- Experience in corporate governance, board training, and managing complex transactional matters.
