Homeowners Association Attorney

We are seeking an experienced Community Association Attorney to handle sophisticated transactional and litigation matters in a close-knit, dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of community association law experience and strong skills in written communication, drafting, and client relations.

Requirements

• Licensed and in good standing with the Florida Bar.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience handling HOA and condominium association matters.
• Strong skills in written communication, drafting, and client relations.
• Proven expertise in persuasion and negotiation, with the ability to advocate effectively for clients and present confidently to diverse audiences.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently or collaboratively within a team.
• Ability to stay informed on evolving community association laws and industry standards.
• Experience in corporate governance, board training, and managing complex transactional matters.
