Job Description
The Manager of Case Management is responsible for developing staff and systems to effectively operate a comprehensive Case Management Program. Provides leadership and supervision to case managers, social workers, and other staff members.
Requirements
- Licensed clinician in your state
- Minimum 5 years' post-graduate experience from an accredited school of Social Work
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a Case Management position
- Analytical ability for problem identification and assessment
- Basic to intermediate computer skills
