Requirements

• CPA designation
• Completion of the In-Depth Tax Program or equivalent advanced tax training
• 5+ years of public accounting experience with a focus on tax
• Previous leadership or management experience within a public accounting firm
• Strong technical knowledge of Canadian tax
• Proven ability to manage multiple client engagements and deadlines
• Strong client relationship management skills
• Excellent leadership, communication, and mentoring abilities
