Prime Intellect is hiring a Chief of Staff to work closely with the CEO, CTO, and COO. The role blends operational leadership with hands-on execution, overseeing day-to-day systems and taking on higher-leverage projects across hiring, culture, and partnerships.

• Experience with hiring, team development, growth contracts and fostering high-performing teams
• Business acumen with experience in financial management and fundraising
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, including executive-level reporting
