Requirements

• 3–5 years experience in consulting, ops/strategy, or another fast paced environment where ownership and results matter
• Strong individual contributor who enjoys being hands-on
• Exceptional execution skills — you get things done
• Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
• Clear, confident communicator (written and verbal)
• Comfortable with ambiguity and fast-paced environments
• Entrepreneurial mindset and high ownership mentality
• Genuine interest in education, impact, and building something meaningful
