As Chief of Staff, you'll work closely with the General Manager and leadership team to drive execution, growth, and strategic initiatives. Requirements
- 3–5 years experience in consulting, ops/strategy, or another fast paced environment where ownership and results matter
- Strong individual contributor who enjoys being hands-on
- Exceptional execution skills — you get things done
- Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
- Clear, confident communicator (written and verbal)
- Comfortable with ambiguity and fast-paced environments
- Entrepreneurial mindset and high ownership mentality
- Genuine interest in education, impact, and building something meaningful
