Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a System and Network Administrator
- 5+ years of experience in a helpdesk or technical support role
- Expertise in Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and Azurecloud platforms
- In-depth knowledge of firewall technologies and VPN solutions
- Strong proficiency in VMware
- Experience managing Windows desktop and server environments (20082022)
- Proficiency with Ticketing and Remote Management tools (ConnectWise, Kaseya, ServiceNow)
- Solid understanding of networking protocols
- Strong problem-solving skills
