System & Network Engineer (Level II)

The System and Network Administrator is responsible for maintaining the IT infrastructure of client environments, including network, server, and cloud-based systems. This role requires strong technical skills in system and network administration, as well as experience with Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and Azure cloud services. The ideal candidate will be proactive, capable of working in a fast-paced environment, and possess strong problem-solving abilities.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a System and Network Administrator
• 5+ years of experience in a helpdesk or technical support role
• Expertise in Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and Azurecloud platforms
• In-depth knowledge of firewall technologies and VPN solutions (Cisco AnyConnect, Meraki, SonicWall, Fortinet)
• Proficiency in VMWare
• Experience managing Windows desktop and server environments (20082022)
• Strong proficiency with ticketing and remote management tools (ConnectWise, Kaseya, ServiceNow)
