Primer is seeking a Senior Talent Partner to join their Talent team in North America. The ideal candidate will have experience hiring across GTM roles, a track record of delivering high-quality, targeted hires, and deep expertise in sourcing. The role involves partnering with GTM leadership, designing and executing hiring strategies, and building a predictable hiring engine.
Requirements
- Strong experience hiring across GTM roles (Sales, Partnerships, Marketing and Customer Success)
- A track record of delivering high-quality, targeted hires where the cost of a miss is high
- Deep expertise in sourcing, with a focus on thoughtful, personalised outreach and talent mapping, not just volume
- Ability to partner with and challenge senior stakeholders
- Strong understanding of the North American market
- A track record of delivering exceptional candidate experience
- A structured, data-informed approach, comfortable using funnel insights and forecasting hiring timelines
- Experience using AI tools to improve efficiency
- Experience designing or operating structured interview processes
- Ability to balance speed, quality and stakeholder capacity
- Curiosity and openness to evolving how hiring works
