Job Description
Primo Water Corporation is seeking a passionate, self-motivated, experienced human resources professional to fill a Sr. Human Resources Generalist position at its headquarters location in Winston-Salem, NC. The ideal candidate will provide high-level general human resources services to diverse local and remote employees nationwide.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related degree (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
- 5-7 years directly related experience with at least 3-4 years at the professional exempt level in compensation program management, performance management, employee relations, HRIS
- Strong working knowledge of compensation strategies, system administration and processes, job description and job family development, employee relations, and performance management
