Job Description
We are looking for a Contracts Specialist to join our team in California. As a Contracts Specialist, you will take ownership of contract redlining and negotiation process from inception to delivery and perform various document management functions. You will also serve as a liaison between internal departments, external partners, and clients to ensure clear communication of project needs and deadlines.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree required (Business, Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in contract administration at a General Contractor or EPC, preferably within large-scale or complex construction environments
- Exceptional organizational and documentation skills with a sharp attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal communication across all organizational levels
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Word and Excel), including expertise in using tracked changes and document comparisons
- Experience with Adobe Acrobat and/or Bluebeam preferred
