Requirements
- Extensive experience in utility-scale solar or similar construction environments
- Proven leadership and mentoring skills across diverse field teams
- Strong understanding of construction methods, tools, and equipment
- Ability to read and interpret drawings, specs, and contract documents
- Solid grasp of job costing and project planning
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Willingness to travel 75%+ and work on-site weekly
- Valid driver’s license and clean MVR
